Camera Service: (Camera service is due one week prior to your scheduled appointment)
It is advised that you come to the studio prior to your appointment to choose a background and plan the clothing selection for your portrait. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your consultation. This is especially important for groups of more than two people. If you are unable to come in before your appointment, your camera service may be paid by phone with a credit card or mailed in one week before the portrait. When no consultation is made prior to your appointment, your portrait will be made on a traditional studio background. Pre-planning is very important for you to achieve the best possible effect for your portrait.

Please note: When adding either an individual or a smaller group to any group portrait, there is a camera fee of $12.00 per individual and $15.00 per smaller group. Please schedule additional groups and individuals prior to the day of your appointment in order to allow the correct amount of time for portrait sitting.

Color Portrait Prints:
All of your portrait prints are retouched & custom finished. Duplicate pricing, listed below, applies when more than one print of the same or smaller size is ordered from the same pose.

Wall Portraits:
All large portrait prints are retouched, custom finished, and mounted for framing. They are available in our regular studio finish as well as heirloom textures.

Heirloom Finishes:
For either a canvas texture or a brush stroke please add $75.00 each, or $125.00 for both, to any of the wall portrait prices. For a canvas stretcher, please add $95.00 to any wall protrait price.

Your color origionals will be ready within two weeks after your portrait appointment. They will be due for return to the studio within 7 days of the date they are picked up. There is a deposit of $100.00 on portraits taken in the studio. There is a $150.00 deposit on previews taken on locations out of the studio. This deposit will be credited to your order.
No portrait orders will be processed until all previews are returned. Please be aware that all previews are the property of Graule Studios © 2005 and are protected by current copyright laws. Any previews not returned to the studio within 60 days will be billed to you at $15.00 each plus $42.00 for each folio cover.

Color origionals may be purchased with a print order of $300.00,
individually at $15.00 each or in a portfolio of 8 for $125.00.

At the time your portrait order is placed, a deposit of 50% of your total balance (minus the preview deposit) is due to begin your finished portrait order. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery of the completed order. Completed portrait orders are always delivered as a total unit, unless the order is prepaid in full. Any portrait orders in the amount of $500.00 or more are pre paid in full, are eligible for a 5% discount on the total amount. (Discounts do not apply to credit card payments.)
